The grab-and-go option

A disposable vape is the simplest thing on the shelf. It comes charged, pre-filled, and ready to use straight out of the package. Nothing to refill, no coil to swap, no buttons to learn. When the e-liquid runs out, you are done with it. That convenience is exactly why they are the most common first purchase we see at the counter.

This guide covers what actually matters when you pick one, and how British Columbia rules shape what you will find in store.

What the numbers on the box mean

Two figures do most of the work.

Flavour, draw, and feel

Most disposables are built for a mouth-to-lung draw, which feels closer to a cigarette pull than a big direct-lung cloud. That tends to suit people coming over from smoking. If you are weighing draw styles, our staff can walk you through it in person.

Flavour range is wide. Picking one is personal, so the easiest move is to ask what is in stock and tell us roughly what you are after. We carry a deep bench across all five stores and the lineup rotates, so it is worth asking rather than guessing.

When a disposable makes sense, and when it does not

A disposable is a good fit when you want zero setup, a backup for nights out, or a low-commitment way to try a flavour before buying a bottle. The trade-off is cost and waste over time. If you vape daily, a refillable pod system usually works out cheaper per week and creates less to throw away. We lay out that comparison in pod systems vs disposable vapes.

There is no single right answer. Plenty of people keep a pod system at home and a disposable in a jacket pocket.

Disposing of them properly

A used disposable holds a small lithium battery, so it does not belong in your household garbage or regular recycling. Bring spent devices back and we will point you to proper drop-off. It keeps batteries out of the trash and is the responsible way to close the loop.

Buying one in Metro Vancouver

You need to be 19 or older, and we card. Bring government-issued photo ID every time, no exceptions, even if you have been in before. That part is not negotiable in BC.

All five MooseVape stores stay open 24/7, so a disposable is never more than a walk-in away:

Out late and out of supplies? That is the whole reason we never close. Find your nearest store, bring your ID, and the counter will sort you out.
