Two roads to the same shelf

Walk into any MooseVape and you will see two broad camps: disposables that you use and toss, and pod systems that you refill and reuse. Both get you to the same place. The difference is what you want out of the week.

Here is the honest breakdown so you can pick without second-guessing.

Disposables: zero setup

A disposable arrives charged and filled. Open it, use it, recycle it when it is empty.

We go deeper on these in the disposable vapes buyer's guide.

Pod systems: refill and reuse

A pod system is a small rechargeable device. You fill a pod with e-liquid, vape it down, and refill or swap the pod when needed. Some pods have a replaceable coil inside.

The cost question

Per device, a disposable is cheaper. Per month, a pod system usually wins for a regular vaper, because a bottle of e-liquid refills a pod many times over. If you only vape now and then, the math flips and a disposable is the simpler call. Tell us roughly how often you vape and we can ballpark it with you at the counter.

The nicotine question

Either way, BC caps retail nicotine at 20 mg/mL, and that applies to disposables and refill bottles alike. Prefer none at all? Both formats come in 0 mg/mL, covered in our nicotine-free guide. The format you choose does not limit your strength options.

Draw style and feel

Most disposables and starter pods are tuned for a mouth-to-lung draw, the tighter pull that feels familiar to former smokers. Bigger pod and mod setups can open up to a looser, airier draw. If you are not sure which you like, our staff will let you feel the difference before you buy.

Still on the fence? Do both

Plenty of regulars keep a pod system as their daily driver and a disposable stashed for convenience. There is no rule that says you commit to one.
