Open on the holidays, all of them
Short answer: yes. Every MooseVape store runs 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, and that includes the days when the rest of the strip mall is dark. No holiday hours, no reduced schedule, no note taped to the door saying we shut early.
That is the whole point of running five 24/7 stores across Surrey, Delta, Vancouver and Abbotsford.
Which holidays we stay open
Every one. To be specific, because people do ask:
- New Year's Eve and New Year's Day, including the small hours after midnight
- Family Day in February
- Good Friday and Easter Monday
- Victoria Day
- Canada Day
- BC Day
- Labour Day
- National Day for Truth and Reconciliation
- Thanksgiving
- Remembrance Day
- Christmas Eve, Christmas Day and Boxing Day
Plus the days that are not statutory but still empty out a neighbourhood: Diwali, Vaisakhi, Lunar New Year, Halloween night, and any long weekend when half the Lower Mainland drives to the Interior.
Why it matters on a stat day specifically
Statutory holidays are exactly when the usual options close. Mall shops shut, smaller independents post a sign, and whatever is left open has a line at the till. Being open all day and all night means you can come in at 6 a.m. on Boxing Day or 2 a.m. on New Year's without checking anyone's hours page first.

Where the five stores are

- Surrey Central on King George Blvd, a short walk from the station and bus exchange.
- Delta on 120 St along the Scott Road corridor, easy from North Delta.
- Denman on Denman St in Vancouver's West End, near English Bay.
- Abbotsford on Clearbrook Rd, close to the Highway 1 exit.

What does not change on a holiday
The ID rule. We are strictly 19+, and staff check government-issued photo ID at every purchase, every visit, holiday or not. New Year's Eve is not a night we bend it. Our ID guide lists what counts and what does not.
The product rules do not move either. Everything on the shelf follows BC and federal law, including the 20 mg/mL nicotine cap on e-liquid, with 0 mg/mL options if you want nicotine-free. The province publishes the regulations on its tobacco and vapour product pages.
And we still sell in store only. No online orders, no delivery, nothing shipped. If you want it today you walk in and get it today, which on December 25th is a fair trade.
Grabbing what you need before a long weekend
Plenty of regulars plan ahead anyway, mostly to save the second trip. A few things worth putting in one visit:
- Spare coils, because they always go at the wrong moment. Our coil guide covers when to swap them.
- Extra e-liquid in the flavour you actually like, not the backup one you tolerate.
- A charger or a cable, if yours lives in the car.
